  We live in Collinsville and maybe a year or so ago I called to order delivery and was told our address was outside the delivery boundaries or whatever they called it. I didn't argue with them (I didn't agree with them, though) and just took my business elsewhere. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, my family is walking through our subdivision and saw a Mazzio's delivery car pull in and deliver pizza. I thought, great, they must be delivering out here now. I called a couple days later and asked for delivery and was again told we were outside the delivery boundaries. I told them that I saw a neighbor get delivery a couple days before. She asked if it was my "next door" neighbor. I told her no, they were around the corner. The lady told me that their address was probably inside the boundary lines then. I told her that our house was actually physically closer to the store than the other one. She said she would check our address again, but there was nothing more she can do. So I told her to never mind, I'm not going to bother with it. I went and picked up pizza elsewhere. Get this: about 4 days after this, I drive home and see the Mazzio's delivery car leaving our subdivision again. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, I'm done attempting to get delivery from Mazzio's and will continue to pick up pizza from other restaurants that are further away.
